Jonathan's Strange Return..?
Who else thought Jonathan's return was a little creepy.? I didn't really get how he turned up in thin air or why Dracula even let the man go. I would have killed someone who knew my secret, not just let them walk right out the door.

Too Much Blood?
From my perspective, I found the novel to be a little too descriptive. All the gory details were quite unnecessary for me. Do you all feel the same way, and why do you think people found this quality attractive in gothic novels?
Something vital... the Heart...? Well, not in this case...
There were many characters in the novel but in my opinion there's not one that is more vital than the other. Though there probably is one that contributes more to the plot than the others. Who do you guys think it is?
Forget Superman! and Hello Vegetarian Vampire (:
Do you believe Dracula was a Byronic hero? If so, what characteristics made you think so?
Black Cat
Dracula was filled with superstitions, do you believe that all Gothic novels share this trait?
Burning Flesh.
Dracula, the novel, described Dracula as having an "expression of peace" after he "died." What do you guys think about the ending?
Mina the Semi-betrayer.
When I read about when Mina was caught sucking blood from Dracula's chest I was surprised. I DEFINITELY did not see that coming. Why do you guys believe she did this?
True Hero
Guys, who do you think was the real hero in Dracula? I couldn't really find any particular person that grasped my attention as one.

Dr. Seward.?
Isn't it kind of weird that Dr. Seward has a thing for Lucy and he's also the one who has to examine her and nurse her back to heatlh? I mean that's kind of depressing trying to help someone who turned down your proposal. I could'nt have done that..Could you guys?
