Lucy the Undead.

Why do you believe Lucy sucked blood from children and not adults?

  1. Perhaps Lucy was meant to be portrayed as a different kind of vampire, as she had lived a happy life before. Maybe she was more attracted to children because they are considered purer than adults. At any rate, its an surprising twist the author throws in and a very interesting topic!

  2. Maybe because of the fact that women are designed to bear children and MAYBE, in a super crazy psychological manner she felt as if for a while she could play the role of being a "mother." This having to do with how women's pupils dilate when they see a baby. She never had the chance to have a child of her own but now she could -- for a while. And because she is diabolical she kills them because she has a thirst for evil.

  3. I think she preyed on children because she only had strength enough to kill them. They said without blood she was weak. So I think she had to find someone that wasn't too strong to begin her feed. If I'm weak and need blood for strength I would exactly find some big swole dude to pounce on either..

  4. i think it is beacuse the woman vampires would take children because of the subconscious want of a child that they can never have now! so the maternal side of them tells them to.
